Apparently, the rotenone-induced fish-kill in 2003 has returned the lake to "gin clarity" with increased vegetation. Duck hunters are predicting an increase in waterfowl.

Hi everyone,

My name is Adam and I recently moved to the Twin Cities after an overseas stint in Sweden. While overseas I built two icesurfers and an Isabella. Both were a lot of fun but the season was very short where I was.

Two weeks ago I bought a DN iceboat. I plan to attend the first regatta on Dec. 3. Any and all tips are appreciated!

Hi,

I seem to remember there was discussion about a swap meet "up north". Has anything been organized? I'd probably drive up if there was something happening.

The Sailing Specialists/Williams Bay swap-meet is Oct. 30th, and the Grand Rapids one is also supposed to happen sometime in (early?) Oct.
